Method
Step 1: Put the noodles in a pot of boiling water for about 30 seconds. Then take out the noodles and rinse them under cold water to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
Step 2: Put soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and pepper in a separate bowl and stir well; then set the bowl aside.
Step 3: Heat the pan over high heat; add oil and garlic to fry, then add red pepper, fresh shiitake mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and then fry all in one minute.
Step 4: Then add the noodles, stir quickly and separate the noodles keep them not stick together. Pour the soy sauce mixture in and fry for 20 seconds. Add bean sprouts, fresh peas, and scallions. Stir for 1 more minute and then take out a plate to enjoy!
