Method
Step 1: Add vegetable oil, common mushrooms into a medium pot, and fry for 3 minutes. Then add kimchi and fry all for another 2 minutes.
Step 2: After that, add kimchi sauce, boiled chicken broth, powdered chilli, sugar and sesame oil. Let the combination come to a boil and then reduce the heat, bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Meanwhile, boil a pot of water, then put the noodles into it. Take out the noodles, then pour the kimchi soup in and add little chopped scallions and enjoy it.
