Red Bear porridge with vegetables and minced meat

Method

Step 1: Preliminary processing of ingredients: chopped scallion, chopped dried onion. Wash and mince lean meat.

Step 2: Put a little cooking oil and chopped dried onion to fry, stir-fry the meat. Peel potato and carrot, then cut them into small pieces and stew them.

Step 3: When the vegetables are ready, take them out to boil the water and pour the pack of porridge in to cook. You can remove seasoning packages in the pack.

Step 4: When the porridge is done, put the stir-fried meat, potato, carrot and scallion on top, then stir gently and turn the heat.
