Seafood Red Bear porridge

Ingredients

Red Bear porridge

Straw mushroom

Method

Step 1: Remove the inner part and peel the skin of the squid, lightly cut the squid if you like it to look nice.

Step 2: Peel and remove the black thread from the back of the shrimp.

Step 3: Peel the mushroom, and then soak it with dilute salt water.

Step 4: Heat the pan, add cooking oil and purple onions to fry a little; then stir-fry with a little salt and wait until it cooked.

Step 5: Add squid and shrimp, and stir-fry until cooked.

Step 6: Pour water into a pot and bring the pot to a boil. When the water is boiling, add instant porridge to stir well.

Step 7: Put all the shrimp, squid, and mushrooms in the pot of cooked porridge and season with salt and fish sauce as you like to taste.

Step 8: When the porridge is done, take it into the bowl, and then add the cilantro with peppers and enjoy.
