Red Bear porridge with pumpkin and clam

Ingredients

Red Bear porrdige

Pumpkin

200 gr

Clams

10-15 clams

Ginger

1 branch, sliced

Scallion

Cooking oil

Salt

Method

Step 1: Peel and dice pumpkin.

Step 2: Wash clams and soak them with a little salt for about 30 minutes, then take them out to drain.

Step 3: Pour water into a pot and bring the pot to a boil. When the water is boiling, add instant porridge to stir well.

Step 4: Add the pumpkin, ginger and clams to boil and then reduce the heat to boil for 30 minutes.

Step 5: Take the porridge into a bowl, add chopped scallions to enjoy.
