Red Bear porridge with beef

Ingredients

Red Bear porridge

2 packs

Sliced or minced beef

200 gr

Soy sauce

1 tsp

Sugar

¼ tsp

Sesame oil

¼ tsp

Pepper

¼ tsp

Cornstarch

½ tsp

Egg

Vegetable oil

1 tsp

Salt

¼ tsp

Method

Step 1: Marinate beef with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, peppers and cornstarch for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Pour water into a pot and bring the pot to a boil. When the water is boiling, add instant porridge to stir well.

Step 3: Add the marinated beef to the porridge.

Step 4: Season a little salt to suit your taste, then turn off the heat.

Step 5: Take the porridge into a bowl, add chopped scallions to enjoy.
